Customer Service Officer

Programmed are currently recruiting a Customer Service Officer to work for our client in Tamworth.

As the first point of contact with customers, your number one goal will be to ensure that customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
• Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns
• You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
• Liaising with suppliers to support customers

What you'll bring to the role:

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
• A desire to provide amazing customer experience
• General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Capability to learn and absorb technical information
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to provide two recent work-related referees
